How will it work?
We will review your current network and suggest options that best suite the home. Using applications on your phone you will be able to review live and saved camera footage, view live temperature, and get notifications from water sensors. These water sensors can even automatically shut the main water line off if installed and configured.
What are the costs?
There will be a recurring monthly cost and one time installation fee. This will vary based on the home’s needs but our goal is to set you up for success and reduce necessary home visits which will save you money!
Example: A home has 4 A/C units, 2 of which are known to have issues. If 2 temperature sensors are installed both 904 Home Watch and the homeowner can be notified of issues. This can reduce the number of on-site inspections required and give peace of mind.
